BarakaZetu provides a digital platform to listen, upload, and share religious music for churches and mosques. Users can upload their content, listen to music, and interact with other community members.

Users must use BarakaZetu in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include uploading copyrighted content without proper authorization, engaging in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities, or distributing harmful software.
BarakaZetu Accounts
Users may need to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. BarakaZetu is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Content and User Conduct
By uploading content to BarakaZetu, you retain ownership but grant us a license to store, distribute, and promote your content. You must have the legal right to share any content you upload.
Copyright Policy and Compliance
BarakaZetu respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your content has been infringed, you can submit a copyright complaint in accordance with the Copyright and Neighboring Rights Act of Tanzania, 1999, and international standards.
Digital Signature and Electronic Consent
By creating an account or registering as an artist, you agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding digital signature under the Electronic Transactions Act of Tanzania, 2015. This consent applies to all agreements.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
BarakaZetu provides its services "as is" without warranty. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of our platform.
General Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tanzania under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Tanzania.
